We already have #8231 open that addresses this issue. Could you please explain what different approach you’ve taken here to resolve it?

Description
This patch fixes issue #26649 where escaped shortcodes (e.g., [gallery]) were incorrectly expanded when generating post excerpts using get_the_excerpt().
